SMOKERS reduce Cancer Chances by eating FRUIT

People who eat 600grms or more vegetables and fruit everyday appear to have a 20-25% lower chance of developing colon cancer than people who eat 220grms or less. For smokers, the consumption of fruit and vegetables appears on the contrary, to increase the chances of colon cancer. Protection against colon cancer through the consumption of vegetable and fruit therefore depend on smoking habits. The conclusion is: Please STOP SMOKING.

Be aware, experts said, the finding meant substances within "fruit and vegetable" may even increase the carcinogenic potential of tobacco smoke.
