WEIGHT LOSS for the COUCH POTATO
There are 2 guaranteed ways of getting healthy proper diet and exercise. The worst part about being a couch potato is that not only are you doing nothing, but you are stuffing yourself with unhealthy food and drinks that can make things worse. The key therefore is to choose the right type of food and drinks you will watch tv with. The more sugar thats in your drink, the more you should avoid like the following:
^ gulaman
^ iced tea
^ powdered juices
^ softdrinks
^ sugar water
Be aware, sugar is needed for energy and since you do not want to do any strenous activity, you really do not need much of it. Sugar has a lot of effects in the body and some of them could lead you to obesity.
