Ways to avoid stress.

1 Thank God. remember to thank God for everything despite the trials, heartbreaks that comes your way.

2 Dream BIG. always dream big for the welfare of all.

3 List the things that make you joyful. then you will learn to appreciate the simple joys that life brings - playing with a puppy. . .

4 Commune with nature. nature speaks and teaches us so many facets in life.

5 Exercise- everyday. you can have more time to think about your dreams and goals.

Be aware, when you are feeling stressed out or burn-out is a sign that informs you to take a break and assess yourself.
