It also help you get into exercise mode and have you done with your routine in no time. Constant activity burns calouries- every little bit of movements count.

Be aware, an hour of washing your car can burn up to 300 calories, re-arranging furniture burns 450 calories, while sleeping burns around 50 good ones.
