KNOWING PEACE OF MIND 2 of 2

Should you want to experience peace of mind, you can follow these suggested steps:

1 TAKE SOME TIME OUT. find a place where you wont be disturbed. Absolutely no phone, computer turned off - do whatever it takes to get complete peace and quiet time.

2 MEDITATE. take deep breaths and clear your mind of all your daily stress. Once you have relaxed, you will feel a sense of peace coming over you. Push away the things that bothered you during the day and keep that relaxed state of mind.

BE aware, finding peace of mind is one of the most important thing that you can do for your well-being. It will benefit not only you, but those around you, and those you love, because you will be calmer and well-balanced in dealing with them.

MOST important of all, do not hold on to grudges. Learn to forgive and let go. The key to truly forgiving is being able to release your hurt and anger to that person who caused you pain.
