KNOWING MORINGA OLEIFERA



Moringa oleifera / malunggay is for everybody. It is one of the most nutritious plants in the world. It has 46 antioxidants and 90 nutrients. Malunggay leaves are known to be good for digestionand urinary tract infection. The juice has healing power for ulcer patients when taken raw - that is if you can tolerate the bitter taste.

Malunggay leaves are oven-dried before they are minced and can be made as malunggay tea or added to cookies, bread, ice cream, behon, pancit etc...

Be aware, it takes about 15 kilos of fresh malunggay leaves to produce a kilo of fine, course powder, or flakes of pure moringa oleifera.
