HEART to HEART by LOU Ignarro I of III

Omega 3 oils are considered "essential" fatty acids because like vitamins and minerals, they cannot be manufactured by the body. Omega 3's must be obtained from food such as salmon, tuna, alibut, marine life such as algae and krill.

Research has demonstrated that these antioxidant fatty acids provide support for healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, blood pressure in the normal range and the promotion of blood vessels health and elasticity.

Be aware, Omege-3 oils are incredibly important in supporting cardiovascular health.
