EXERCISE for LIFE


If you're in your 20's work out in a gym. If you're on your 30-40's work out at home. At any age, take it outside with mother nature to work out. Most popular choices: walking, jogging/ running and biking.

^ Get moving. successfully tame tension by a heart pumping work-out
^ Get more sleep. it is a successful anti-stress strategy
^ Lighten up. majority of the stuff you worry about never happens, and if it does, ask God for help.
^ Peanut butter sandwich. it is protein packed and rated as the best work-out snack.
^ Music. sing the praises of mp3 or other tunes tool-its motivational

Be aware, exercise today beats dieting and makes weight management easier. It also tames tension because a good work-out shrug off stress. And lastly it is like a free health insurance. regular exercises can help you prevent all sorts of illness.
