Pearly White TEETH I of II


1. Have a white-teeth-DIET.
Brush your teeth immediately after eating or drinking food that stain teeth/ eat an apple for desert- it will provide some teeth cleansing action.

2. Hum while you brush.
The ideal time to brush your teeth to get all the bacteria plaque is at least 2 minutes/ hum happy birthday song twice.

3. Grip your toothbrush like a pencil. The best way to brush is by placing your toothbrush at a 45degree angle against your gums and gently moving it in a circular motion.

4. Drink a cup of tea everyday. Flavonoids and other tea ingredients seem to prevent harmful bacteria from sticking to teeth and also block production of a type of sugar that contributes to cavities. Tea also contains high amounts of fluorides.

5. Use alcohol-free mouthwash to rinse away bacteria. Too much alcohol mouthwash can dry out the tissues in your mouth making them susceptible to bacteria.

6. Clean your tongue with a tongue scrapper every morning to remove tongue plaque and freshen your breath.
