LOW-FAT DIET enhance mood

Both a high-fat, low carbohydrates diet such as the popular Atkin's program and low-fat, high- carbohydrate diet appear to help people lose pounds over the course of a year.

However, only the low-fat diet will result in long term improvement in mood according to a study of Archives of Internal Medicine.

Be aware, both an energy-reduced, very low-carbohydrates high-fat diet and a conventional high carbohydrates low-fat diet are equally effective for achieving weight loss in overweight and obese individuals - research scientists said.
