Dr. Dean Ornish, a cardiologist, published scientific studies proving that a very low fat vegetarian diet could reverse heart disease in patients scheduled for coronary-bypass surgery. Billions of vegetarians around the globe are enjoying the benefits of vegetarian nutrition .
