ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION and YOGA IV of IV

While the sexiest organ in the mind, your blood vessels, hormones and other factors could be the problem. The following are the possible causes of ED:

> Vascular (blood vessels) problems - the most common medical cause of ED. It can be caused by a hardening of the arteries (due to poor diet or lack of exercise) or injury to the blood vessels. High blood pressure and high cholesterol are an indication of this.
> Nerve damage - due to diabetes, multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury.
> Medications - as a possible side effect of some precribed drugs.
> Hormonal problems - inadequate levels of testosterone and prolactin (a pituitary hormone) may interfere with libido.
> Psychological factors - stress, anxiety, fear or guilt.
> Sexual boredom, depression.
