STRESS.
there is no life without stress but how one handles it is the key to being stressed out or be happy. The trick is not to let life situations intimidate you but to gain control of the situation. If you do feel stressed out, go out and pamper yourself or do something you enjoy doing.
SUGAR.
this is damaging to your body because sugar deprives your skin of collagen and excess sugar in your body be turned into fat. Therefore eliminate sugar in your diet but if you can not, use it sparingly.
SUN.
the minute the sun touches your skin, the body responds in the heat through inflammation. So never go out without sun block after 7:30am and before 4:00pm especially if you are fair-skinned. The more brown you are, the more melanin you have to protect from the sun.
SMOKING.
this robs vit C and B from your body so do not smoke and stay away from people who smoke to avoid second hand smoke which is more dangerous to your health.
ALCOHOL.
this makes the brain go into convulsion.
DEPRESSION.
in this state, one's body has a lot of acidity. All emotion is physical: positive attitude is important in life.
DIET.
food that is no good is food that is dead. The more raw food you eat, the better for you.
EXERCISE and live your life with joy.
embrace today in an unstressful way. Wake up each morning thanking God for the day as well as thanking Him for the blessings He has in store for you today.
BE aware, and avoid anger. When you are angry, you are flooding your body with acid, endangering your immune system, so control your anger. A writer once said: "anger is actually punishing yourself by the mistakes of others. Therefore be happy always even if others make you feel bad.
