Getting Enough VITAMIN D?

Doctors described the human bone as a living tissue in constant turnover. The key is maintaining the balance between bone resorption and formation. Calcium is vital for bone health, however, vitamin D is just as crucial to this delicate balancing act. The human body needs an adequate supply of vit D to absorb calcium wand phosphorus another mineral essential for bone health. PROBIOTICS AND YOGURT
